My Junior year myself and 5 other students at Wheaton spent the last two years rebuilding the Crew Team. This community has been the most important thing to me. I have poured countless hours into working on logistics, team building, marketing, and learning how to row and cox as I have never rowed or coxed before college. My senior year I served as the first Crew chaplin and focused all my energy on building a foundation that following chaplins can follow.
